Tagging Transcript Segments

Apply tags to specific transcript segments

Apply tags to transcript segments for organization and discovery.

Adding Tags to Segments

To tag a segment:

  1. Hover over the transcript segment
  2. Click the Tag button
  3. Search for existing tags or create new
  4. Click to apply the tag

Viewing Tagged Segments

When a segment is tagged:

  • Tags appear below the text
  • Click a tag to view all segments with that tag
  • Multiple tags can be applied

Removing Tags

To remove a tag from a segment:

  1. Click the X on the tag pill
  2. The tag is removed from that segment only

Bulk Tagging

Tag multiple segments at once:

  1. Use search to find relevant segments
  2. Select multiple segments
  3. Apply tags via the bulk action toolbar
