Select and tag multiple segments at once

Perform actions on multiple transcript segments at once.

Selecting Multiple Segments

1. Check the box next to each segment you want to select
2. The floating toolbar appears showing the selected count and total duration
3. Use Select All in the toolbar to select all segments in the current view

Bulk Actions

With segments selected, you can:

• Add tags - Apply tags to all selected segments
• Download - Download selected segments as one audio file

Tag Management

When bulk tagging:

1. Select the segments to tag
2. Click Tag in the floating toolbar
3. Choose an existing tag or create a new one
4. Tags apply to all selected segments

Best Practices

• Work in batches for large operations
• Use the date filter to group similar content
• Review selections before applying tags
